Land Engine Project Coordinator

• Education: Engineering Degree.
• Previous experience as a coordinator in large construction projects is necessary.
• Minimum knowledge of OFFICE is essential.
• Language: English, A2 (Basic/Intermediate Level).

• Coordinate with Project Managers the evolution of the execution of the various operations, both in Zaragoza and in Huesca for AWS.
• Attendance at site meetings where required at any of the sites.
• Manage the OHS resources for the various works, ensuring they are always covered, thus avoiding any stoppage for this reason.
• Coordinate the work of the various FINANZAUTO subcontractors to ensure compliance with deadlines and supply quality. Acting as the link between the subcontractors, the main contractor of the work, and the client in order to ensure that the work to be performed fits within the development of the rest of the work to be performed by third parties outside of FINANZAUTO.
• Manage with the main contractor of the work, and the client, all the work to be developed at each of the sites, with the objective of complying in all aspects with what has been contracted by our part, while also making the management with the client as fluid and cordial as possible.
• Collaborate with the commissioning and engineering team for the management of all work related to their responsibility, anticipating any situation that could affect the fulfillment of the commissioning work.
• Present all contractually committed documentation regarding the management of the work on site that is provided for, and in the event that any information/documentation is required that is not at their disposal, request it from the Project Manager.
• Define tool and installation needs to allow the development of the work and comply with the project requirements, in addition to its safety conditions and quality certification if required in their case.
• Locate local resources for small jobs and the supply of tools necessary so that the normal activity of our suppliers and own staff is not interrupted by site circumstances.
• Coordinate the logistics of all FINANZAUTO supplies with the main contractor to avoid delays or any incident with the client.
• On-site presence with agility to travel between the different sites when required."
