What we're looking for
✅ Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
✅ More than 8 years of experience in planning and control of industrial projects.
✅ Experience in EPC/EPCM environments and industrial investment projects.
✅ Proven experience in projects exceeding €10 million.
✅ Expert mastery of Primavera P6 and an advanced level of Microsoft Project. [
✅ Knowledge of CPM, risk management, physical and financial progress control, and EVM.
✅ Minimum B2 level of English.
Nice to have
Experience in steel, energy, chemical, or heavy industrial sectors.
Participation in projects exceeding €50 million.
Knowledge of Power BI, SAP PS, and Microsoft 365.

🚀 Would you like to lead the planning of large-scale industrial projects and become the benchmark in schedule and progress control?
We are looking for a Project Planning Manager to join a highly demanding industrial environment, taking part in all phases of the project life cycle: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
What you'll do
Lead the development and maintenance of the project master schedules.
Define execution strategies and construction sequences together with the Project Directors.
Develop WBS structures, baselines, and execution plans.
Analyze the critical path and evaluate alternative scenarios.
Monitor progress and analyze schedule deviations.
Identify planning risks and define mitigation actions.
Prepare executive reports and dashboards for management.
Implement project control methodologies based on Earned Value Management (EVM).
Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of planning processes.
