Retail Sales Advisor

At Finetwork, we are looking for a store sales advisor for our point of sale located in Avilés, with experience in ensuring the smooth running of the store and customer satisfaction, and who is passionate about the Telecommunications sector and business opportunities.

• Provide detailed information about the available products and services.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, guaranteeing a satisfactory shopping experience.
• Assist customers with doubts or technical problems related to the services offered by the store.
• Promote and sell products and services, ensuring that customer needs are met.
• Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers available in the store.
• Perform cross-selling to increase the sales volume of additional products and services.
• Assist in the activation of phone lines, data plans, or service installation.
• Offer basic support for device configuration or solve simple technical problems, or direct the customer to specialized technical support when necessary.
• Handle any type of complaint or claim related to the products or services offered.
• Ensure that the store remains tidy, clean, and organized.
• Work to achieve the sales objectives established by the store and the company.
• Participate in the implementation of commercial strategies and customer loyalty.
• Receive and organize merchandise, as well as product replenishment and stock control tasks.
• Place POS materials and brand communication elements.
• Perform reports on store activity.

We need to incorporate a person into the team with the following competencies:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the retail sector, desirable in the telecommunications sector.
• Person with commercial skills and results-oriented.
• Great capacity for communication and customer service.
• Interest in technology and sector products.
• Organized, proactive person with a predisposition to learn and adapt to market news.

• Permanent contract.
• 36 hours/week with rotating schedules from 9h to 15h and from 15h to 21h, Monday to Saturday.
• Salary according to collective agreement + variable based on objectives.
