Requirements

The role

At Eurofirms, we are selecting a supporting Sales Advisor to join a major company in the optical and audiological sector located in Valls.

We are looking for a person with a customer orientation and communication skills. Extensive previous experience is not necessary, as the company offers training and guidance to facilitate adaptation to the position.

What you'll do

- Customer service and advice in-store.

- Support in commercial management and sales follow-up.

- Preparation and management of quotes.

- Resolution of customer inquiries and incidents.

- Organization and maintenance of the sales space.

- Support in administrative tasks linked to commercial activity.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
