Requirements

What we're looking for

Have training in economics, commercial, and marketing or similar.
Provide between 5-6 years of demonstrable experience in sales, in the advertising sector or services.
Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM. Experience with Salesforce is valued
Negotiation and time management skills
Adaptability, initiative, and improvement proposals
Reside in the area and have knowledge of the business and commercial fabric of the province of Tarragona
Own vehicle
Languages: Catalan and Spanish

The role

We are looking for a person oriented towards negotiation and detecting needs, with communication skills and who wants to involve themselves fully with motivation, responsibility, and commitment. Reporting directly to the sales manager, your main mission will be to create advertising demand in the market, selling products and services to potential clients.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for the sale of services at a local level, focused on small and medium-sized enterprises.
You will perform consultative selling, listening to and advising clients to offer them the best possible solution.
You will detect and analyze the specific needs of each client,
You will plan commercial visits, together with the sales manager.
You will establish adapted procedures for each client, taking their particularities into account.
You will perform continuous follow-up of the service and client satisfaction, to guarantee loyalty.
You will prepare commercial proposals, personalized and aligned with the detected needs.
