Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or similar.
Previous experience as an Industrial Machinery Fitter/Mechanic.
Knowledge of mechanical assembly, precision adjustment, and reading blueprints.
Basic knowledge of pneumatics and interpretation of technical diagrams.
Ability to detect and resolve mechanical issues during assembly.
Meticulous profile, oriented towards quality and detail.
Ability to work in a team within industrial environments and engineering projects.

Nice to have

Experience in special machinery, industrial automation, or packaging machinery (highly valued).
Valuable experience in sectors such as food, pharma, cosmetics, or packaging.

The role

What you'll do

Perform the assembly, adjustment, and setup of industrial machinery intended for filling and packaging processes.
Interpret mechanical drawings, assemblies, and exploded views for the correct fabrication and assembly of equipment.
Execute precision mechanical adjustments, verifying tolerances, alignments, and the correct functioning of components.
Participate in the assembly of mechanical and pneumatic systems and subassemblies of automatic machinery.
Perform functional tests and validations before the commissioning of the equipment.
Detect and resolve mechanical issues during the assembly and adjustment process.
Collaborate with the engineering, production, and automation departments to guarantee the quality of the manufactured equipment.
Participate in the continuous improvement of assembly and manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards during all phases of assembly.
