YOUR MISSION AS A SALES ASSISTANT

You will be the face of Flabelus, welcoming our customers and turning their visit into a unique experience. Your mission will be to provide impeccable service, boost sales, and take care of every detail of the store, representing the brand's values in every interaction.

We are looking for someone dynamic, friendly, and proactive, with a true passion for customer service and a love for fashion with soul.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Customer Experience

• Meet and exceed daily sales targets.

• Implement sales strategies defined by the management team.

• Provide personalized, warm attention aligned with Flabelus's values.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Actively participate in the store's commercial challenges.

• Support the team and maintain a positive, collaborative environment.

• Report any issues to the Manager and suggest improvements when possible.

Organization & Operational Processes

• Follow the store's internal processes to ensure operational efficiency.

• Help with warehouse organization and inventory control.

• Manage returns, online exchanges, and order tracking.

Management & Reporting

• Complete store control documents (spreadsheets, incidents, stock).

• Keep the store in perfect visual and operational condition.

TUS RESPONSABILIDADES

Ventas & Experiencia de cliente

• Conocer y alcanzar los objetivos de venta diarios y mensuales.

• Aplicar estrategias comerciales definidas por el equipo de gestión.

• Brindar una atención personalizada, cálida y alineada con los valores Flabelus.

Colaboración y equipo

• Participar activamente en los retos comerciales de tienda.

• Apoyar al equipo y mantener un entorno positivo y colaborativo.

• Comunicar incidencias al Manager y proponer mejoras cuando sea posible.

Organización y procesos operativos

• Seguir los procesos internos de tienda para garantizar la eficiencia operativa.

• Ayudar en la organización del almacén y el control de inventario.

• Gestionar devoluciones, cambios online y seguimiento de pedidos.

Gestión y reporting

• Cumplimentar documentos de control de tienda (excels, incidencias, stock).

• Mantener la tienda en perfecto estado visual y operativo.
