Lead, develop and coordinate the Bricor Buyer team, defining the commercial strategy for the categories under your responsibility and ensuring efficient business management. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability and competitiveness of the categories, ensuring a differentiated offer aligned with customer needs, through team leadership, supplier relationships and coordination with the different areas of the company.

  • Lead, develop and coordinate the team of Buyers/Product Managers, setting objectives, monitoring results and promoting an environment of high performance and professional development.
  • Define, together with the Purchasing Management, the commercial strategy for the categories under your responsibility, ensuring a competitive, profitable offer aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Oversee the comprehensive management of the categories, driving assortment optimization, innovation, new product launches and continuous improvement of profitability.
  • Lead the relationship with key suppliers, overseeing strategic negotiations and ensuring the best commercial, economic and service conditions.
  • Continuously analyze the main business indicators (sales, margin, profitability, stock and turnover), defining action plans that drive category growth.
  • Coordinate work with the Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Stores and Supply Chain areas to ensure the proper implementation of commercial strategies and campaigns.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and working methodologies, fostering operational efficiency and the achievement of the area's objectives.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce or similar.
  • Consolidated experience leading Purchasing, Product Management or Category Management teams.
  • Experience in negotiation with manufacturers and suppliers, as well as in defining and implementing commercial strategies.
  • Knowledge of the DIY, construction, materials, hardware, home or specialized retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills for managing sales, margins, profitability, stock and key business indicators.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI is valued.
  • Profile with strategic vision, business orientation and decision-making ability.
  • Strong leadership, communication, influence, negotiation and team development skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different areas of the company and manage dynamic, results-oriented environments.
