The role

You will be responsible for maximizing the commercial performance of Flabelus Cluster 1 stores, combining a strong results orientation with close, people-focused leadership. Your main objective will be to grow sales, profitability, and the potential of each store, using data to make decisions and developing teams to turn those decisions into results.

Does not just look at the numbers, but knows how to understand them and, above all, converts them into actions and people. A person capable of responding quickly to questions such as: why is this store below target?, which KPI is slowing down sales?, what can we do this week to change the result? But also: what does this Store Manager need to achieve it?, how can I develop this team?, who has the potential to take the next step?

At Flabelus, the Senior Area Manager will be the bridge between commercial strategy, numbers, and people, combining an analytical and results-oriented mindset with close, demanding leadership focused on talent development.

What you'll do

  • Analyze and monitor on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis the main commercial KPIs: sales, % target achievement, growth vs. LY/MTD, conversion, average ticket, UPT, and productivity per hour.
  • Detect deviations and opportunities through the numbers and translate them into concrete, measurable action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with the sales, margin, and profitability objectives of each store.
  • Analyze the performance of Cluster 1 stores and understand which factors are behind their results to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with Store Managers, using data as a coaching tool to improve conversion, average ticket, UPT, and productivity.
  • Develop, support, and grow Store Managers and their teams, identifying talent, strengths, and areas for development.
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance, while maintaining close, motivating, and human leadership.
  • Compare performance between stores and share best practices, ensuring that successful strategies are replicated across the rest of the Cluster.
  • Control stock, sell-through, turnover, and product availability to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct periodic store visits and turn every visit into feedback, coaching, and a measurable improvement plan.
  • Manage and propose Visual Merchandising strategies, adapted to the commercial focus and product profitability, working together with Store Managers.
  • Be a reference for store teams, maintaining constant communication and building relationships based on trust, high standards, and development.
