What we're looking for

- Training: Intermediate or Higher Degree in Electromechanics of Automobile Vehicles or demonstrable equivalent experience.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consolidated experience as a mechanic in automotive workshops, with experience in multi-brand environments being especially valued.

- Solid knowledge in general mechanics and deep experience in automotive electrical and electronic systems.

- Expert mastery of diagnostic tools (automotive scanner, oscilloscope, etc.).

- Habit of working with technical manuals and electrical diagrams.

- ESSENTIAL: Valid B driving license.

At FLEXICAR SERVICE, we are in the midst of a growth and expansion process. Therefore, we are looking to hire a First-Class Mechanic with solid experience, meticulousness, and a passion for the automotive sector.

If you are a proactive person, with a high capacity for technical resolution and are motivated to work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of vehicles, this is your opportunity! You will be a key piece of the technical team, being responsible for performing precise diagnostics and high-quality complex repairs, always guaranteeing the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

What you'll do

- Diagnosis and Repair: Perform diagnostics of complex faults (mechanical, electrical, and electronic) using multi-brand diagnostic equipment.

- General Mechanics: Execute repairs of engines, clutches, timing belts, gearboxes, braking systems, suspension, and steering, among others.

- Incident Resolution: Efficiently identify the origin of stubborn or intermittent faults and propose the most suitable technical solution.

- Quality Control: Ensure that every repaired vehicle strictly complies with quality and safety standards before delivery.

- Care of the Environment: Maintain the workstation, tools, and workshop machinery in perfect conditions of order and cleanliness.
