The role

At Grupo Flexicar, a young and rapidly growing group of companies, we are looking for a Warranty Technician with industry experience to join our team in Madrid.

What you'll do

Their main function will be the advisory and management of vehicle repair warranties, ensuring compliance with quality standards and current regulations.

- Manage and process warranty claims.

- Coordinate with workshops and dealerships to resolve incidents related to warranties.

- Stay updated on warranty regulations and procedures in the automotive sector.

- Use parts breakdown applications and labor time guides to optimize workshop estimates.
