The role

At Flexicar, leaders in vehicle buying and selling with more than 180 dealerships, we are looking for a passionate automotive professional to fine-tune our aftersales service and provide maximum traction to the team. If you have experience in the sector and solid mechanical knowledge, this is your moment to start your engines!

What you'll do

- Provide excellent aftersales advice to customers and workshops.

- Manage the reception of calls, suppliers, and vehicles during the aftersales period.

- Review and accurately validate invoices and estimates for the area.

- Agility in resolving doubts, claims, and territorial incidents.
