The role
Fourvenues is a tech platform born from within the entertainment industry, which gives it a first-hand understanding of what venues actually need to run their business.
The platform brings everything under one roof: online ticket sales, guest list management, VIP reservations, a fully integrated POS system for the bar and box office, real-time capacity tracking, and a built-in CRM to truly understand your audience.
What makes it stand out is how it connects all these touchpoints, from the moment someone buys a ticket to what they spend at the bar, generating cross-referenced data that lets owners see exactly which events perform best, which customer profiles spend the most, which promoters actually deliver, and where money is being left on the table.
The result: smarter decisions, less manual work, tighter control over the business, and a smoother experience for both staff and guests.
What you'll do
- You’ll be part of the team managing the general accounting of all group entities, ensuring the correct recording and allocation of journal entries in accordance with the accounting principles applicable in each jurisdiction.
- You’ll manage the group’s tax obligations, including the preparation, review and filing of periodic tax returns (VAT, Corporate Income Tax) and local and international taxes across the US, UK, NL and Middle East.
- You’ll act as the main point of contact for external tax advisors, the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) and Social Security, managing official notifications and information requests and ensuring timely responses.
- You’ll contribute to the monthly accounting close, including provisions, reclassifications, account analysis and reconciliations, ensuring all documentation is ready for review by the Financial Controller ahead of the closing deadline.
- You’ll manage intercompany accounting, including monthly reconciliations between entities, eliminations and the resolution of outstanding differences before each close.
- You’ll maintain audit-ready documentation, with full traceability to respond to audit or due diligence requests within 24 hours.
