In our Tax department, we are looking to bring on an intern to provide support in the review and study of the operations of the various companies within the Pavasal Group, ensuring regulatory compliance and the tax optimization of group operations. The objective of this internship is to provide support in:
- Studying and analyzing the Group's operations from a tax, accounting, and commercial perspective.
- Reviewing, preparing, and filing the taxes and duties of the different companies.
- Providing support in the preparation of Annual Accounts and in the filing of accounting books, shareholder books, and minutes.
- Managing and responding to requests from bodies such as the AEAT, City Councils,
- Collaborating closely with our external auditors and advisors.
- Providing internal advice to other departments regarding tax and accounting inquiries.
- Carrying out procedures at the Mercantile Registry and other public bodies.
- Participating in commercial operations such as company formations, changes of administrators, granting of powers of attorney, etc.
