🗣💬 English, B1 level. Other languages are valued.

🔔 We offer a position of Waiter/Waitress to work at El Fuerte Marbella, the first hotel founded by the company. It opened its doors in 1957 and, after a complete renovation, reopened in 2023 as a 5-star hotel.

El Fuerte Marbella, located on the beachfront in the center of Marbella, offers impressive sea views along the promenade and the Mediterranean, and is just a 5-minute walk from Plaza de los Naranjos. With 266 rooms, it combines casual luxury with an exquisite welcoming atmosphere, without giving up spectacular views of the Mediterranean.

You will be responsible for providing food and beverage service at the different points of sale, ensuring a professional and quality service, as well as customer satisfaction, following the protocols and standards established by Fuerte Group.

This is what your day-to-day will sound like…

• Carrying out the customer service duties at the different points of sale, according to the protocols established for each of them.
• Ensuring the achievement of the established departmental goals, as well as compliance with critical processes and area operations, in accordance with the hotel's standards.
• Welcoming, accompanying, advising, and saying goodbye to the customer.
• Informing and advising the customer about the different products offered.
• Taking orders, as well as serving customer requests.
• Handling billing and payment collection from the customer.
• Assisting in the preparation of the work areas for service, as well as the electronic devices to be used and disconnecting them at the end.
• Assisting in the preparation and setup of tables for service according to the manual and protocols established by Fuerte Group in each case, and verifying that all elements are in the conditions required by the standards.
• Assisting in the setup and takedown of the buffet, as well as serving at it.
• Controlling and checking the materials necessary for the proper performance of the duties of your position.
• Checking and verifying that the orders received at the points of sale match the delivery notes and the order placed.
• Storing the products and/or materials received in the corresponding areas and assisting in their replenishment.
• Carrying out stock control of available inventory.
• Assisting in the preparation and setup of special events, in coordination with the manager.

Eres ideal para el puesto si…

🎓Grado Medio/ Superior en Servicios de Restauración / Dirección de Restaurante y/o similar.

💼 Experiencia mínima 2 años en la posición en entorno 5* y segmento lujo. Experiencia en Leading Hotels of the world, Preferred Hotels & Resorts o similar.

🗣💬Inglés, Nivel B1. Valorable otros idiomas

Tu día a día empezará a sonar así…

• Llevar a cabo las funciones propias de atención al cliente en los diferentes puntos de venta, según los protocolos establecidos para cada uno de ellos.
• Velar por la consecución de los objetivos departamentales establecidos, así como el cumplimiento de los procesos críticos y puestas en escena del área, de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos por el hotel.
• Recibir, acompañar, asesorar y despedir al cliente.
• Informar y asesorar al cliente en los diferentes productos que se le ofrecen.
• Realizar la toma de comandas, así como el servicio de las peticiones de los clientes.
• Efectuar la facturación y el cobro al cliente.
• Colaborar en la preparación de las áreas de trabajo para el servicio, así como los dispositivos electrónicos a utilizar y la desconexión de los mismos al finalizar.
• Colaborar en la preparación y montaje de mesas para el servicio según el manual y los protocolos establecidos por Fuerte Group en cada caso, y verificar que todos los elementos están en las condiciones que marcan los estándares.
• Colaborar en el montaje y desmontaje del buffet, así como el servicio en el mismo.
• Controlar y revisar los materiales necesarios para el correcto desempeño de las funciones de su puesto de trabajo.
• Revisar y comprobar que los pedidos recibidos en los puntos de venta coinciden con los albaranes y el pedido realizado.
• Almacenar los productos y/o materiales recibidos, en las zonas correspondientes para ello y colaborar en la reposición de los mismos.
• Realizar el control de stock disponible.
• Colaborar en la preparación y montaje de eventos especiales, en coordinación con el responsable
