Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
C1 English level, with the ability to communicate fluently in international professional environments.
Between 8 and 12 years of experience in IT and/or Cybersecurity, with at least 4-5 years in management roles.
Hands-on experience working with EMEA or global scope teams and clients.
Experience in cybersecurity service governance, risk management, compliance, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
Experience in SLA/KPI management, reporting, escalations, capacity, quality, and continuous improvement.
Experience in project and service planning and monitoring, including risk and issue management (RAID), budgets, resources, vendors, and dependencies.
Experience in liaising with CISOs, CIOs, Security Managers, and business owners.
Functional knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and services: SOC, SIEM, XDR, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response (IR).
General knowledge of technological architecture, cloud, IAM, endpoint security, and networks, without the need to be a technical specialist (SME).

Nice to have

Knowledge of security frameworks and standards: ISO 27001/27002 and NIST CSF.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, especially GDPR and NIS2.
CISM or CISSP professional certifications.
Certifications or training in ISO 27001 and ITIL.
