Chief Technology Transformation and AIOps Architect

Purpose of the role
Define and lead the technological evolution of infrastructure, cloud, and datacenter services, driving their transformation from traditional delivery models toward more automated, intelligent, predictive, and efficient models.
You will be responsible for establishing the vision and evolution roadmaps, adapting them to the maturity level of each client, and converting said vision into real transformations and measurable results.
We are looking for a profile that combines strategic vision, technological depth, customer orientation and, especially, capacity for execution and transversal leadership.

Technology strategy and architecture
Define the technological vision, architecture principles, and service evolution roadmaps.
Ensure an integral vision of infrastructures, cloud, datacenter, and hybrid and multi-technology environments.
Service transformation and AIOps
Lead the evolution toward operating models based on observability, automation, AIOps, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence.
Identify use cases with real impact and convert them into industrializable capabilities.
Evaluate emerging trends and technologies from a perspective of applicability, scalability, cost, and value for the customer.
Customer-adapted roadmaps
Evaluate the technological and operational maturity level of each customer.
Design differentiated and realistic transformation strategies and journeys.
Build business cases and establish objectives and metrics that allow for demonstrating the value achieved.
Execution and ownership
Lead initiatives from their definition to their implementation and adoption in operations.
Drive pilots and new solutions, ensuring their evolution toward productive and scalable models.
Assume functional responsibility for the results of the transformations.
Transversal leadership
Mobilize and coordinate multidisciplinary teams without the need for direct hierarchical dependency.
Generate alignment between the different technological and operational areas.
Drive change, manage resistance, and ensure the execution of adopted decisions.
Customer and pre-sales
Act as a technological reference for customers and management.
Participate in workshops, proposals, and strategic opportunities.
Accompany sales teams in high-level conversations.
Build and communicate a differential, convincing, and at the same time, executable technological vision.

Required profile
Senior experience in architecture, infrastructure, cloud, operations, or technological transformation.
Demonstrable experience leading complex technological transformations from strategy to implementation.
Transversal knowledge of infrastructures, cloud, hybrid architectures, observability, automation, service management, AIOps, and artificial intelligence applied to operations.
Experience in complex technological environments, with special value placed on multi-client and managed services contexts.
Experience in interacting with customers, pre-sales, and building transformation proposals.
Ability to translate technological decisions into operational and business impact.
