• RPA Hub.
• CSDM / CMDB.
• AI Platform, Now Assist, AI Agents, and agentic workflows.
• DevOps, CI/CD, and Automated Test Framework.

• API-first and event-driven architectures.
• Enterprise architecture knowledge.
Sector focus: Healthcare
• Previous experience in projects for healthcare organizations, digital health, or life sciences, in public or private environments.
• Knowledge of clinical and non-clinical processes, and the ability to identify which activities should be orchestrated, automated, or kept under human supervision.
• Familiarity with the healthcare technological ecosystem: HIS/EHR, portals, departmental systems, ERP, and integration platforms.
• Knowledge or experience with healthcare interoperability standards, especially HL7 v2 and FHIR, as well as integration APIs.
• Sensitivity toward security, privacy, traceability, auditing, service continuity, and data governance requirements inherent to healthcare environments.
• Ability to converse with both technological stakeholders and heads of processes and clinical areas, translating operational needs into ServiceNow/BOAT solutions.
The role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect / Technical Lead with a strong foundation in automation, workflow, and integration, who wants to take the next professional step: becoming the person who builds and leads a new BOAT-oriented ServiceNow practice. The role combines hands-on architecture, technical leadership, team training, pre-sales, and asset creation, with a clear evolution towards Practice Lead. We especially value experience in healthcare or digital health, as well as knowledge of interoperability and the integration of processes and systems in regulated environments.
Job Mission
Create and develop the organization's ServiceNow capability within the BOAT (Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies) scope, using ServiceNow as an enterprise automation and orchestration platform, and not solely as an ITSM platform. We especially value the ability to apply this approach to healthcare organizations, where processes require high coordination between professionals, systems, data, rules, traceability, and integration.
What you'll do
What we expect
• ServiceNow BOAT reference architecture and design principles.
• Initial methodology for discovery, design, construction, testing, and governance.
• Development, integration, security, reuse, and quality standards.
• Initial catalog of ServiceNow/BOAT services and capabilities.
• Repository of reusable components, templates, and accelerators.
• Training and certification plan to develop internal talent.
• Technical support for pre-sales, estimations, demos, and initial proposals.
• Technical leadership of the first projects and team mentoring.
• Identification and construction of use cases, demos, and reusable assets applicable to the healthcare and digital health sector.
Main responsibilities
• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on business processes and needs.
• Define workflows, subflows, rules, decisions, data models, and integrations.
• Design enterprise applications with App Engine and automations with Workflow Studio / Flow Designer.
• Define integrations through Integration Hub, APIs, and corporate integration mechanisms.
• Decide when to use workflow, integration, rules, development, RPA, or AI capabilities.
• Technically review implementations, architecture, and code quality.
• Create internal knowledge and transfer it to the rest of the team.
• Design learning and certification paths.
• Train consultants and developers through workshops and mentoring.
• Participate in the creation of assets, demos, offers, and accelerators.
Client and pre-sales
• Participate in discovery sessions and workshops with clients.
• Design preliminary solutions and architectures for commercial opportunities.
• Prepare estimations and collaborate on technical proposals.
• Perform demos and defend the solution before technical and business stakeholders.
