About the role

The Germà Tomàs Canet Foundation of the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God is a non-profit organization whose mission is to accompany people in situations of vulnerability and at risk of social exclusion through the management of programs and services aimed at improving quality of life and social integration.

It is currently seeking a Funding Manager (cross-cutting project and resource manager). The mission of this position is to ensure comprehensive, rigorous, and strategic management of public and private funding sources (service agreements, grants, donations, etc.), to actively collaborate in securing and attracting resources, and to support the economic sustainability of the Foundation through effective cross-cutting coordination with all involved areas.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Head of Administration, the responsibilities are:

  • Identify and analyze calls for proposals at the local, regional, national, and European levels.

  • Assess the strategic fit with the organization's programs and lines of action.

  • Maintain a monitoring system and an up-to-date calendar of calls for proposals.

  • Functions in project formulation

  • Draft technical reports and formulate competitive proposals.

  • Coordinate the definition of objectives, activities, indicators, and budgets with programs, human resources, accounting, and management, as well as other cross-cutting areas.

  • Ensure the technical quality, coherence, and impact orientation of projects.

  • Plan and monitor funded projects (milestones, deadlines, and risks), harmonizing them with the Foundation's quality system.
