Digital Skills Trainer for Teenagers - ALCORCÓN, MADRID

• Prepare and deliver 2 weekly group workshops on Digital Training for Children and Adolescents, each lasting 1 hour. We need profiles with up-to-date digital skills and teaching skills. 
• Motivate students in their educational development, tracking their progress.
• Boost their emotional, psychological and social development.

• Development in a stimulating environment with great potential for growth and impact.
• Flexibility to adapt your materials/support content.
• Pedagogical training focused on real problems in the classroom.
• A network of contacts that will increase your professional opportunities.

Each workshop lasts 1 hour and takes place twice a week, on Thursdays and Fridays from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

LOCATION: Educational Center in Alcorcón

We are looking for young people with a passion for education who want to collaborate as trainers, delivering extracurricular training workshops to students in the 2nd and 3rd years of compulsory secondary education (ESO).

• You are young, you have strong communication skills and you feel a great passion for education and for children and teenagers. You can come from any degree or vocational training background, as long as you know how to connect and convey.
• We are looking for approachable people with a great capacity for learning and adaptation, who are a pleasure to work with and who make the children/teenagers' problems their own. Egos out!

• Preparar e impartir 2 talleres semanales grupales de Formación Digital para la Infancia y Adolescencia que duran 1 hora cada taller. Necesitamos perfiles con dotes digitales actualizadas y dotes para la docencia. 
• Motivar a los alumnos en su desarrollo educativo, siguiendo su evolución.
• Impulsar su desarrollo emocional, psicológico y social.

• Desarrollo en un entorno estimulante y con un gran potencial de crecimiento e impacto.
• Flexibilidad de adaptar tu material/contenidos de apoyo.
• Formación pedagógica y orientada a problemas reales en el aula.
• Red de contactos que aumentarán tus oportunidades profesionales.

Cada taller dura entre 1 hora y tiene lugar dos vez a la semana, los jueves y viernes de 13h a 14h.

Buscamos jóvenes con pasión por la educación que quieran colaborar como formadores, impartiendo talleres de formación extracurricular a alumnos/as de 2º y 3º de la ESO.

• Eres joven, tienes dotes comunicativas y sientes gran pasión por la educación y los niños y adolescentes. Puedes venir de cualquier tipo de carrera o FP, siempre que sepas transmitir.
• Buscamos personas cercanas con gran capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación, con las que da gusto trabajar, que hagan propios los problemas de los niños/adolescentes. ¡Egos fuera!
• Sientes muchísima curiosidad intelectual por lo que te rodea. Siempre quieres ir más allá en la comprensión y mejora constante de la Educación. Admiras y persigues la excelencia y una cultura de esfuerzo y meritocracia.
