What we're looking for
You code with AI every day. You'll work in Claude from day one - Claude.ai, Claude Code, the API.
You take a vague brief and turn it into a working prototype. You ship.
You write Python, JavaScript, or whatever the job needs. You can read code the AI produces and spot when it's wrong.
You've built something with AI assistance - a tool, a script, a small app - and can show us.
Fluent English and Spanish ideal, but not mandatory.
Nice to have
Background in Finance, Economics, or Business Analytics.
Comfort with Excel, P&Ls, or financial modeling.
Familiarity with SQL or pandas.
The role
Reports to: Finance Lead · Remote or Barcelona
What you'll do
You'll be the AI coder inside our finance team. We don't need another spreadsheet jockey - we need someone who replaces manual workflows with scripts, agents, and small tools. Concretely:
Automating the monthly business review cycle - pulling and reconciling data from Amplitude, our financial systems, and the GH+ Master Dashboard.
Building unit-economics tooling for content licensing deals (we have an active pipeline).
Prototyping AI agents for finance work - reconciliation, anomaly detection, contract analysis.
Hiring process
CV plus a short note (max 200 words): tell us about something you've built with AI assistance. What was the problem, what did you build, what did you learn? We read the note before the CV.
