Accounting & Finance Analyst

• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business administration.

• Proficiency in Excel, including reconciliations, formulas, and data structuring.

Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous accounting and finance professional to join our Finance team in Barcelona. You will work directly with our CFO, analyzing and maintaining bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP), and the agency's financial reporting.

• Perform and analyze bank, credit card, and account reconciliations on a regular basis.

• Maintain and update accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP) records, ensuring data integrity.

• Support the monthly closing in coordination with external managers.

• Prepare and analyze spreadsheets, tracking tools, and reporting templates for the finance area.

• Identify and analyze discrepancies in a timely manner, following up until their resolution.

• Analyze cash flow and support treasury reporting.
