The role

What you'll do

  • Reception of trucks at the weighbridge
  • Control of tickets and documentation

  • Monitor material stocks and movements

  • Act as the administrative link with suppliers
  • Ensure good communication and alignment with suppliers
  • Support payment flows

  • Potential commercial prospecting

  • Act as the administrative link with customers
  • Ensure good communication and alignment with customers

  • Share best practices and support process improvements related to Health & Safety
  • Ensure required documentation is available and properly completed
  • Support the site in monitoring regulatory and administrative requirements related to material flows

  • Escalate discrepancies related to weights, quality, prices, stocks or transportation

  • Support site reporting, including tonnages, prices, stocks, margins and transportation
