What we're looking for

- At least 6 months of experience performing sales functions with objectives is essential. Experience in the excursion sector is valued.

- Intermediate/advanced level of English.

- Reside in Tenerife.

The role

The Excursion Agent is responsible for enhancing the experience of GF Hoteles customers in Tenerife, helping them organize their activities and discover the island.

We are looking for a person with a commercial profile, good customer service skills, and knowledge of Tenerife and its tourist offerings. They will be in charge of advising guests, identifying their interests, and recommending tailored experiences.

Additionally, they will work with different teams to provide visibility to the Emociónate Tours brand, collaborating with clients and agencies and promoting quality excursions.

- Advise customers on available excursions and activities on the island.

- Detect needs and preferences to offer personalized recommendations.

- Market and manage the sale of excursions and tourist services.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tenerife's tourist offerings.

- Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams.

- Promote the Emociónate Tours brand and improve its positioning.

- Guarantee excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
