  • Management and resolution of issues related to hiring and social security: registrations, terminations, cancellations, modifications, etc.
  • Absenteeism management: monitoring sick leave, paid leave, unpaid leave, etc.
  • Employee support on all types of matters (absences, medical leave, payroll, social benefits, etc.).
  • Support in conducting exit interviews and managing employee severance payments.
  • Administrative management in supporting and implementing HR policies.
