Learn to select the ideal candidates for the company culture, creating an exceptional candidate experience while learning about all the internal processes relevant to the success of the selection process and the onboarding of the person into the role so they feel part of the team and contribute value as soon as possible.

🛠️ This is what you will do every day.

Talent management area:

• Learn to manage a selection process and take responsibility for a group (Intern group): job posting, CV screening, administration of psychometric tests, and conducting interviews.

• Learn to create an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire selection process.

• Gain experience in defining job openings with Hiring Managers.

• Learn about and apply different personnel selection tools and methodologies (Applicant Tracking System, agile selection system, psychometric tests,...)

• Understand and apply the key principles for an onboarding process through the excellent Hiring Manager, taking into account both professional and emotional aspects so the person feels part of the team and contributes value as soon as possible.

• Learn to collaborate on People area projects such as training initiatives, Internal Communications, or Corporate Wellness.

• Learn to contribute your point of view to the rest of the People & Culture team to enrich collective decision-making.

• Participate and propose ideas for energizing the internal communication platform (Engage) with content from the People & Culture area.

Personnel administration area:

• Learn to manage the onboarding process (Hiring) and employee registration in the internal system (HRIS)

• Learn about the importance of maintaining an up-to-date corporate database and put it into practice.

• Learn about Management and the monitoring of agreements with universities and their extensions.
