Employer Branding & Digital Content Intern

• Be currently enrolled in studies related to Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Design, Journalism, or a similar field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Interest in digital content creation and Artificial Intelligence applied to communication.
• English level: First Certificate (B2) or higher.
• It is essential to be able to sign a cooperation agreement with the university or study center.

• Previous experience in internships related to communication, digital marketing, or Employer Branding.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional social networks.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Copilot or similar.
• Interest in digital analytics and tracking content and social media metrics.

• Paid internship.

• Provide support in creating and adapting content for different corporate channels and social media.
• Design visual materials and graphics for Employer Branding and Internal Communication campaigns.
• Collaborate on talent attraction initiatives and employer brand positioning.
• Participate in organizing and promoting events, campaigns, and initiatives within the People & Culture area.
• Manage and update digital content across different corporate platforms.
• Use Artificial Intelligence tools to generate, optimize, and analyze content.
• Conduct research on trends in communication, social media, talent, and AI applied to Employer Branding.

For our Employer Branding team, we are looking for a student who wants to complete curricular or extracurricular internships and grow in a dynamic environment where they will participate in communication, employer branding, talent attraction, and innovation projects using Artificial Intelligence tools.
