Our Rituals store in Marbella is looking for a new colleague who is proactive, positive, and responsible, with a desire to help our customers and work as part of a team. Our priority is that customers feel at home, and you can be part of that.

In your day-to-day role, you will be the main ambassador of the brand and share this essence with the team and customers.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Working with your team, the Shop Manager, and the Assistant Shop Manager to achieve the store's goals together and reach your full potential;
• Connecting with customers and learning to offer them a meaningful shopping experience;
• Feeling energized by keeping the store clean and organized. Products are always displayed according to our visual merchandising guidelines.
• Following store safety procedures.
• Bringing your own ideas.

You will become an expert in our collections, products, and treatments. Rituals offers many opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills through our extensive training program.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Customer service mindset and team spirit.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability for afternoons and weekends.
• Advanced level of French.
• Advanced level of English: minimum B2.

Nuestra tienda Rituals de Marbella, busca un/a nuevo/a compañero/a que sea proactivo/a, positivo/a, responsable, con ganas de ayudar a nuestros clientes y de trabajar en equipo. Nuestra prioridad es que los clientes se sientan como en casa, y tú puedes formar parte de ello.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

• Trabajar con tu equipo, el Shop Manager y el Assistant Shop Manager para conseguir conjuntamente los objetivos de la tienda y alcanzar tu máximo potencial;
• Conectar con los clientes y aprendiendo a ofrecerles una experiencia de compra significativa;
• Te llena de energía mantener la tienda limpia y organizada. Los productos se presentan siempre de acuerdo con nuestras directrices de visual merchandising.
• Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad de la tienda.
• Aportar tus propias ideas.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en una posición similar.
• Mentalidad de servicio al cliente y espíritu de trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad para tomar decisiones y resolver problemas.
• Orientación al detalle, y capacidad de organización.
• Disponibilidad de tardes fines de semana.
• Francés nivel alto.
• Inglés nivel alto: mínimo B2.
