Job Details
-Salary: Between €23,000 and €25,000 gross per year.
Currently, from the Mecánica 4.0 GI PRO specialized line, we are looking for a Control Room Operator for an important company located in Osorno la Mayor (Palencia).
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and operating the production facilities, both from the control room and on the plant floor, ensuring the correct functioning of the production process.
- Controlling the main parameters of the facility through computer systems (temperatures, electrical consumption, alarms).
- Performing periodic rounds to check the status of equipment, motors, and machinery, detecting and resolving operational incidents.
- Executing basic preventive maintenance tasks and collaborating on repairs and breakdowns.
- Coordinating the feeding of raw materials and guaranteeing manufacturing in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the facilities, complying with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
-Contract type: Permanent.
-Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (morning: 06:00-14:00; afternoon: 14:00-22:00). Occasional possibility of weekend work during campaign periods.
