Electromechanic - Facilities Technician | 5th Shift

Currently, from the specialized line in Mechanics 4.0 GI PRO, we are looking for an ELECTROMECHANIC - FACILITIES TECHNICIAN to join an important company in the food sector located in Riba-roja de Túria (Valencia).

DUTIES

-Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on the plant's general facilities.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.

-Supervise the correct operation of refrigeration systems with ammonia (NH3), boilers, steam systems, pumps, compressors, and cooling towers.

Perform maintenance on chilled water, glycol, hot water systems, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic networks.

Supervise auxiliary electrical installations, HVAC, ventilation, fire protection systems, wastewater treatment plants, and water treatment.

Ensure the proper functioning the plant's energy installations and general services.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

-Indefinite contract, hired directly with the company.

-Full-time.

-Salary based on experience: €25,000 - €30,000 per year + €1,500 per variable.

EUR 25,000–30,000 per year

-Schedule: 5th shift with a 5-week rotation cycle, combining morning, providing evening and night shifts with concentrated weekend work weeks and intensive 12-hour shifts.

Previous experience as an electromechanical technician, maintenance technician, or facilities technician.

Vocational training in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.

Experience in industrial maintenance.

Experience in the food industry is a plus.

Availability to work the 5th shift.

-Own vehicle required to get to the workplace.

Actualmente, desde la línea especializada en Mecánica 4.0 GI PRO nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a ELECTROMECÁNICO/A - TÉCNICO/A DE INSTALACIONES para incorporarse a una importante empresa del sector alimentación ubicada en Riba-roja de Túria (Valencia).

FUNCIONES

-Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo de las instalaciones generales de la planta.

-Diagnosticar y resolver averías mecánicas y eléctricas.

-Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de instalaciones frigoríficas con amoniaco (NH3), calderas, sistemas de vapor, bombas, compresores y torres de refrigeración.

-Realizar el mantenimiento de sistemas de agua fría, glicol, agua caliente y redes neumáticas e hidráulicas.

-Supervisar instalaciones eléctricas auxiliares, climatización, ventilación, sistemas contra incendios, depuradora y tratamiento de aguas.

-Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones energéticas y servicios generales de la planta.

¿QUÉ OFRECEMOS?

-Contratación indefinida directamente con la empresa.

-Jornada completa.

-Salario según experiencia: 25.000 € - 30.000 € + 1.500 € variable.

-Horario: 5º turno con rotación de 5 semanas, combinando turnos de mañana, tarde y noche con semanas de trabajo concentrado en fin de semana y jornadas intensivas de 12 horas.

-Experiencia previa como electromecánico/a, técnico/a de mantenimiento o técnico/a de instalaciones.

-FP en Mecatrónica, Mantenimiento Industrial o similar.

-Experiencia en mantenimiento industrial.

-Valorable experiencia en el sector de la alimentación.

-Disponibilidad para trabajar en 5º turno.

-Vehículo propio para acceder al centro de trabajo.
