What you'll get

Stable position with a direct contract with the company.
Full-time.
Schedule: 5th shift (6/4) — i.e., 6 days on, 4 days off.
Salary band between €30,000 gross/year and €39,000 gross/year + 5th shift and night shift bonuses.

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery (curing molds, overhead cranes, resin infusion systems, CNC machines, etc.).
Diagnose and repair complex faults at the electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic levels.
Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to speed up issue resolution.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and equipment optimization to reduce cycle times and machine downtime.
Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) and environmental regulations specific to the sector.
