Requirements

What we're looking for

The profile we are looking for consists of candidates with vocational training in the maintenance field and experience in electromechanical maintenance. It is essential that they possess, at least, a mid-level vocational qualification (FP de grado medio), as otherwise they would fail to meet the job description requirements and we could face issues during audits. We require that the experience be, necessarily, in industrial maintenance, and ideally in the dairy, beverage, or similar industries, due to the type of machinery they will have to work on in the factory.

-Vocational training in the maintenance field or similar (Minimum completed Middle Grade; essential requirement)

-Experience in electromechanical maintenance, industrial maintenance, and ideally in the beverage industry.

What you'll do

- Perform preventive maintenance inspections to check the status of facilities and industrial assets, ensuring proper operation and detecting anomalies that could cause future damage

- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance interventions (corrective, scheduled, safety, etc.) by previously assessing their scope and with the objective of avoiding and correcting faults that could affect facility performance, product quality, or the safety of people and machines

- Perform interventions taking into account the operating principles of food processes in the dairy industry, maximizing care and precautions and avoiding possible quality problems.

- Consult the necessary documentation (diagrams, blueprints, etc.) to carry out the interventions

- Complete and process the documentation generated during the interventions performed (WOs, SAP notifications of interventions and spare parts used)

- Maintain and care for work instruments and tools

- Organize and clean the work environment

- Actively participate in the Occupational Risk Prevention Management system procedures that apply to them

- Notify and communicate any incident occurred or risk detected to the Facilities Team Leader

How you'll work

Schedule: rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday: Mornings (6-14h), afternoons (14-22h), and nights (22-6h).

Salary: 29,000-35,000 € gross/year fixed + variable
