We are looking to hire a Debt Collection Manager to manage proprietary debt portfolios, in a stable, professional environment with incentives.
What will your day-to-day look like?
What you'll do
-You will make outbound calls using an automatic dialer to manage debt files of mixed ages (banking, financial, and auto).
-You will negotiate payment agreements in a friendly manner, seeking solutions tailored to each client.
-You will apply different negotiation strategies based on the client's financial situation.
-You will accurately record conversations and agreements reached in the system.

How you'll work
⏰ Schedule: Full-time (39 hours/week) from Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
-Flexible start and end times (30 minutes).
