Requirements

What we're looking for

Formal training: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in mechanics, electromechanics, or similar.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position working with industrial machinery.
Knowledge of procedures regarding the functions.
Experience interpreting blueprints.
Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
Knowledge of OHS for their workstation.
Immediate availability.
Flexibility: Availability to work in shifts and perform on-call duties.
Residency near the area or with the possibility of commuting.

What you'll get

Permanent contract with the company, with a 6-month probationary period.
Full-time employment in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Monday to Friday with the possibility of performing on-call duties on weekends.

The role

From the specialized Mechanics 4.0 GI PRO line, we are looking for an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for a major multinational in the stationery and cardboard sector located in the Castellbisbal area.

What you'll do

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, carry out the necessary repairs when a breakdown occurs.
Perform preventive, corrective, or general maintenance tasks.
Detect and solve various breakdowns.
Perform general maintenance of the plant.
Carry out work orders and their correct administrative-IT registration.
Comply with the OHS regulations assigned to their workstation and the procedures and instructions of their position.
Respect the hygiene, good manufacturing practices, and safety regulations in the company.
Perform their work in a way that does not interfere with product safety. Notify their superior of any incident.
