We are looking to reinforce "on-site" prevention management with a person who is approachable and present on the ground, who drives a prevention culture with consistency and influence, becoming a point of reference for the team.
• Prevention planning and monitoring: execute the OHS Plan, manage annual planning, perform
monitoring of actions/deadlines and report progress to departments.
• "On the ground" prevention (on-site presence): proactive detection of risks, support for management and
operations, and reinforcement of preventive habits and measures, acting as a point of reference.
• Risk assessment and control: keep identifications/assessments up to date by position and propose
external interventions when applicable to ensure legal compliance.
• Operational implementation: informing workers, coordinating OHS training, management of
PPE (catalog, delivery, and use), work permits, and CAE documentation.
• System and legal compliance: verification of the prevention system, OHS inventories/documentation, attention to
inspections and requirements from the administration.
• Incidents and continuous improvement: investigation of accidents/incidents, root cause analysis, definition and closure of
corrective actions, and coordination with HR.
• Environment: documentary management of waste/by-products, internal audits (WWTP and MA), environmental
indicators, chemical storage, reports (dangerous goods if applicable), and ISO 14001 audits.
• Cross-functional tasks: support regarding regulatory changes, new procedures, and department evolution.
• Location: Navarrés (Valencia).
• Permanent contract.
• Modality: 100% on-site.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:00 (1 hour for lunch) and Friday from 08:30 to 14:00.
• Salary: competitive based on experience.

• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with the 3 specialties.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Experience in an industrial environment and experience in retail/commerce with on-the-ground OHS is highly valued.
• Dynamic yet meticulous and organized profile; capable of planning, monitoring, and closing actions.
• Ability to influence and build trust: a person who is a point of reference, approachable, and collaborative.
• Proactive disposition and attitude to go down to the plant and accompany management and teams.
