As an ORP Technician, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the integration of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) at all levels of the company, providing specialized support, performing technical audits and reports, and promoting a safety culture within our organization and at our workplaces.
What you'll do
Functions:
Specialized advice and support in ORP to the entire organizational structure, to ensure the integration of OSH.
Preparation and updating of the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan and safety management procedures.
Preparation of technical reports (job risk assessments, ergonomic reports, psychosocial reports, accident rate analysis, incident investigation, etc.).
Proposal for the planning of OSH activities and objectives.
Information and training of personnel in OSH procedures within the organizational structure.
Execution of visits to client sites and our own centers, performing training activities, inspections, and audits required by the company.
Coordination of business activities with suppliers and clients to guarantee compliance with regulations.
Control and advice to the health and safety committee.
Comply with and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Application of environmental best practices in the workplace.
Management of matters related to health surveillance (planning and monitoring, management of contract suspensions due to pregnancy risk, etc.).
Investigation of occupational accidents and processing through the Delta and CoNTA platforms.
