Tender Technician

• University education in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or similar fields.
• Previous experience in tender management or public procurement.
• Advanced level of Catalan (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Organized, proactive person with analytical skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of the Public Sector Contracts Law.
• Experience with public procurement platforms.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or similar).
• Knowledge of SQL or other data management and analysis tools.
• Experience with tenders in Catalonia and Andorra.

• Comprehensive management of public tender processes.
• Preparation, review and submission of administrative and technical documentation.
• Monitoring of files, public contracts and administrative deadlines.
• Analysis and interpretation of tender specifications and public procurement requirements.
• Creation and maintenance of databases and monitoring indicators.
• Data processing and analysis for report preparation and decision-making support.
• Coordination with the different departments involved in each process.
• Monitoring of contractual compliance and updating of associated documentation.
• Identification of improvement opportunities and optimization of internal processes.
