Branch Director

The mission of the position is to lead the achievement of growth and profitability objectives within their territorial area, directing, controlling, and coordinating the human and material resources of the branch assigned to the different business and support processes, all within the strategic framework of the Company and the guidelines and policies established by Management, and in accordance with the established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the execution and development of the Company's strategy and the decisions adopted by their territorial area (Branch) in which their team/s are included, taking responsibility for the monitoring and, if appropriate, the correction of deviations to avoid any negative impact of an organizational or economic nature at the branch level.
• Design and propose improvements in work processes aimed at achieving maximum efficiency and effectiveness, increasing quality and reducing costs, and anticipating changes, facilitating their adaptation and that of their collaborators within their scope of responsibility, proposing lines of action in the face of conflicts.
• Manage one or several homogeneous teams of other commercial and professional figures, as well as Branch materials; planning, organizing, and directing their work to achieve operational objectives and results through them, being responsible for their motivation, development, and professional progression; supporting both the training of staff and that of the Branch's commercial network.
• And carry out as many other functions and activities as may be entrusted to them by their superiors within their scope of responsibility, assuming on an eventual basis those functions or management of their direct reports or immediate superior in their absence, so that business objectives are not compromised.
