The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant, coordinating the different operational areas and ensuring compliance with production, safety, quality, cost and efficiency targets.

- Direct the overall plant operations and ensure compliance with established targets.

- Lead the Production, Maintenance and other Operations-related teams.

- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary.

- Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality and cost optimisation.

- Ensure compliance with safety and prevention standards.

- Coordinate production planning and the resources needed to ensure operational continuity.

- Lead continuous improvement and industrial transformation projects.

- Develop the management team and foster a culture of responsibility, collaboration and results.

- Report to senior management on the plant's performance, needs, risks and improvement opportunities.

From Kronospan's Human Resources department, we are looking to recruit a Plant Director with experience in industrial management, team leadership and a results-driven approach.

- Higher education degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organisation or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in positions of responsibility in industrial environments.

- Experience as Production Director, Production Manager, Operations Manager or in similar positions will be particularly valued.

- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and production structures.

- Analytical skills and management using KPIs.

- Decisive, organised profile with the ability to make decisions in demanding environments.

- Results orientation and continuous improvement.

- Residence in Terres de l'Ebre or genuine willingness to relocate to the area.

- Valuable experience in continuous-process industrial plants.
