What can we offer you?

CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEOPERATOR WITH ENGLISH + BASQUE OR CATALAN

Functions: Post-sales insurance service for clients and offices. Corporate back office support. Multichannel attention (voice and emails). Management of requests and resolution of inquiries. System management (policy operations, modifications, etc.)

Contract: Temporary 3 months + possibility of extension. Monday to Friday

Working day: 30h/week.

Various shifts:

In Catalan: from 8:00 to 14:00 or from 11:00 to 17:00
