The role

What if you could be part of the high-speed revolution in Spain? 🚄

At OUIGO España, we connect cities and people, making fast, comfortable travel at the best price available to everyone. Since our first journey in May 2021, we haven't stopped growing, both in our team and in our travelers.

Our goal is to put high speed within everyone's reach, offering an accessible, modern, and sustainable alternative.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Agent, your mission will be to resolve our travelers' needs, contributing to ensuring an excellent Ouigo experience. You will be part of the multidisciplinary team that makes up the Operations Center, located in our offices, from where our trains' daily operations are managed.

To do this, you will have to:

  • Inform our travelers about schedules and travel and sales conditions.
  • Manage claims and refunds linked to compensation for delays and cancellations.
  • Provide support to collaborating agencies regarding the previous points.
  • Inform agencies of updates to the transport plan and the commercial policy in the event of an incident.
  • Perform voluntary changes that require manual processing.

In our day-to-day, we are driven by

Simplicity 👌: simple usually works best.

Responsibility: we trust you from minute one 🤝.

Collaboration 🤜🤛: alone we go fast... but together, we go further.

Positive attitude 🌞: to face challenges with solutions.

Safety as a priority: for our trains, our travelers, and our team ✅.

Continuous improvement 🔁: we are always looking to do things a little better than yesterday.

Because at OUIGO, what matters is not just reaching the destination, but how the journey is experienced. 🚆
