Job Description:Main Responsibilities: OPERATIONAL: - Follow the Supervisor's instructions regarding the various tasks related to machine-side paper production. - Manage, with initiative and responsibility, the routine operations to be performed on the paper machine, in terms of operational, quality, and safety actions. - Supervise, verify, and optimize the correct functioning of the production process and the paper machine. - Manage, with initiative and responsibility, the machine parameters, keeping the supervisor informed at all times. - Perform roll changes and sample testing in the absence of the machine assistant. - Manage planning in coordination with the machine assistant. - Perform cleaning of the auxiliary facilities of the production process. - Perform continuous cleaning of the wet and dry areas of the paper machine. - Prepare the auxiliary materials necessary for the paper production process. - Execute Planning, according to the supervisor's instructions, together with the machine assistant. - Alert of possible anomalous situations. - Communicate any anomaly that cannot be resolved immediately to the supervisor. - Perform maintenance, organization, and cleaning of the facilities in their area *ii of the rest of the paper mill. - Support and perform other tasks in the various areas of the paper mill when necessary. - Maintain the paper mill's equipment and tools in good condition, communicating deficiencies as promptly as possible. - Collaborate in the training of production personnel, promoting their continuous improvement. - Handle the documentation requested by the company's Management. - Receive and transmit information to/from the following teams/shifts. OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION: - Comply with all rules, instructions, and procedures of the *Safety and *Health System implemented in the company. - Alert of possible anomalous situations. QUALITY: - Carry out the control and compliance of all *rules, instructions, and procedures of the Quality Management System implemented in the company. - Alert of possible anomalous situations.
