Requirements

What we're looking for

Essential requirements

· Technical training (Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent) or equivalent experience.

· Demonstrable experience implementing generative AI solutions in real environments, ideally including agents or automations with LLMs.

· Programming in Python (or TypeScript) to integrate model APIs, build tools, and debug their behavior.

· Knowledge of LLM application patterns: system prompts, RAG, tool use, multi-step orchestration, and context management.

· Security and compliance judgment: permission control, data protection (GDPR), risks such as prompt injection, and notions of the European AI Act.

· Ability to work with non-technical teams, understand their processes, and convert them into solutions.

· Autonomy to take a use case from idea to production.

Nice to have

· Agent frameworks or SDKs (Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar) and MCP servers.

· Automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Power Automate.

· Classical machine learning, data analytics, or computer vision.

· Integration with ERPs (especially SAP Business One), SQL Server, or the Microsoft 365 / Azure ecosystem.

· Experience in physical product companies, manufacturing, fashion, or retail.

The role

We are looking for an AI Engineer with a practical vision, autonomy, and a passion for artificial intelligence. You will join the Technology and Data department with a full dedication to this line: researching solutions, identifying use cases throughout the company, and implementing them in an orderly and scalable manner, with a special focus on agents.

What you'll do

· Analyze the processes of the different areas of the company and identify where AI can add value, from productivity tools to custom solutions.

· Design and implement AI-based solutions: assistants, automations, document processing, RAG systems over internal knowledge, and integration of models into our applications.

· Lead the implementation of agents that execute complete tasks, connected to our systems (ERP, Microsoft 365, databases, and internal applications), with human supervision where necessary and traceability of their actions.

· Evaluate AI tools and platforms on the market: functionality, cost, security, data privacy, and fit with our ecosystem.

· Ensure the quality and reliability of solutions through test cases, metrics, and error control.

· Prepare proposals for the AI Committee, document each solution, and measure its impact on time, cost, or quality.
