Their contribution will be key to guaranteeing the correct determination of product costs, through the review and valuation of recipes (escandallos), the control of cost variations, and the continuous updating of information in different tools and systems, including Excel and SAP.

Likewise, they will provide support to the Processes department in the transformation, validation, and management of recipe information, contributing to ensuring that data remains correctly structured, updated, and available for the various departments of the organization. In addition to the creation, configuration, and maintenance of article structures in SAP, ensuring that each product is correctly defined at the level of materials, components, and operations necessary for its manufacturing and internal management.

• Preparation and updating of garment recipes (escandallos)

• Analysis and calculation of production and raw material costs

• Analysis and calculation of profitability per product

• Performing comparisons between theoretical and actual costs, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement

• Optimization of processes and costs to improve production margins

• Interdepartmental collaboration (Supply Chain, Design, Development, and Production) to ensure the economic viability of collections
