• Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on AI and/or backend development.
• Python Mastery: Solid knowledge and practical experience in development with Python.
• Agent Frameworks: Demonstrable experience with LangChain and LangGraph, including agent development, Tool definition, workflow orchestration, and advanced state management.
• Design Patterns: Deep understanding and application of software design patterns such as Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and other modular and maintainable design principles.
• AI Integration: Experience in LLM integration and the design of interaction logic, prompts, and instructions.
• Cloud Architectures and Microservices: Knowledge of microservices architectures, Docker, Kubernetes, and experience in deployments on cloud platforms.
• Software Engineering: Experience with Git, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), automated testing (unit, integration, E2E), and a strong commitment to code quality.
• AI Concepts: Understanding of fundamental AI principles, including generative AI, machine learning, and automated reasoning.
