F&B Service Trainee (Internship)

• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable communicating in English

• Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship
• Able to sign a collaboration/internship agreement with your school
• Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university eligible for EU internships

The F&B Service Trainee plays a key role in supporting daily operations across diverse dining venues, ensuring exceptional service, smooth coordination, and memorable moments for our guests.

As an F&B Service Trainee, you will:

• Support the day‑to‑day service in each F&B outlet (breakfast buffet, Sofía Bar & Tapas, specialty coffee shop Philosofía, Pool Bar)
• Welcome and serve guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Set up, replenish, and maintain clean and organized service areas
• Assist with order taking, table maintenance, and guest requests
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Adapt to different service styles, from casual café service to breakfast buffet flow and evening tapas service
• Learn Hyatt service standards and apply them in real guest interactions
• Become confident in communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving in a luxury hospitality environment
