- You have knowledge of GMP / GD&T regulations.
- You have experience with MS Office at a user level.

That is why we need for Diagnóstic Grifols a Reagents Quality Control Laboratory Assistant - Temporary to cover 4 hours in the morning shift, like you.
Guarantee the correct administrative functioning of the laboratory through document management, coordination with suppliers, and monitoring of equipment maintenance, ensuring adequate organization of resources, materials, and records, as well as compliance with established internal procedures.
What you'll do
- Manage and update the administrative documentation of the laboratory, ensuring the correct organization and traceability of information.
- Coordinate with external and internal suppliers the planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure the correct functioning of maintenance equipment, incident management, databases, among others.
- Perform monitoring of incidents related to equipment and facilities, ensuring fluid communication with the involved areas and suppliers.
- Manage the reception, registration, and filing of technical documentation, certificates, maintenance reports, and other documentation associated with the laboratory.
- Support the management of material and supply orders, performing the corresponding administrative monitoring.
- Keep databases, records, and administrative inventory controls for the reagents area updated.
- Provide support in the coordination of access, technical visits, and actions by external companies within the laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality, safety, and document management procedures applicable to the area.
- Provide transversal administrative support to the laboratory team to guarantee the correct development of daily activity.
How you'll work
Schedule: 4 hours in the morning from Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 11:30 and Fridays 07:30 to 11:30.
