Ensure the correct operation, availability, and efficiency of the facilities and general services of various Grifols centers, leading the technical management of infrastructures, specialized providers, and service contracts. The position will drive the continuous improvement of assets and facilities, ensure the operational continuity of the site, and promote an excellent service experience for internal customers, contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

What you'll do

  • Supervise and coordinate the preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities, guaranteeing their availability, safety, and correct operation.
  • Manage the CMMS/GMAO system, ensuring the correct planning, documentation, monitoring, and closure of work orders.
  • Manage and supervise providers and service companies, ensuring quality, compliance with service levels, and the correct execution of contracted activities.
  • Guarantee the operability and efficiency of the center's critical infrastructures and systems, including HVAC, electrical installations, fire protection, and auxiliary services.
  • Coordinate the general services of the center, ensuring safe, functional environments aligned with established quality standards.
  • Monitor contracts, budgets, and management indicators, promoting an efficient use of resources and associated costs.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding safety, occupational risk prevention, environment, and corporate standards.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal customers, providing a close, efficient service oriented toward their needs.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, drills, and improvement projects related to facilities and corporate services.
  • Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency initiatives, contributing to operational excellence and the continuous improvement of the facilities.
