Plant Facilities Manager

• You are the person we are looking for if: You have solid experience in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) or Facility Management, within production plants or industrial environments. You have technical training in Engineering or similar disciplines. You have knowledge of industrial facilities and the applicable regulations regarding Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). You have experience or knowledge in technical infrastructure, maintenance management, and the operation of industrial facilities. You stand out for your organizational capacity, problem-solving orientation, and coordination skills with different stakeholders. You have an advanced level of Spanish and English (B2/C1).

• In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: Identifying, driving, and implementing continuous improvement projects in the facilities, focused on operational efficiency, energy savings, and carbon footprint reduction. Management and monitoring of external suppliers. Ensuring the correct functioning and maintenance of the plant's facilities and general services. Supervising technical infrastructures, including electrical systems, utilities, and associated equipment. Coordinating external suppliers and service companies, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. Coordinating and supervising the planning of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the execution of technical improvement projects for the plant. Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Driving sustainability and efficiency initiatives.
