The role

You will be a key player in our logistics operations, traveling to our different Bebinter branches to cover the needs of each center, ensuring operational continuity and supporting teams in their day-to-day work.

What you'll do

  • Daily operational opening and supervision of the center.
  • Monitoring and reviewing orders and overnight deliveries.
  • Coordinating transportation and verifying delivery sheets.
  • Managing and resolving incidents, breakages, and dispatch bags.
  • Updating headcounts and balances, and controlling daily, rotating, and MACC inventory.
  • Monitoring expiration dates and placing products in picking areas.
  • Coordinating settlements, collection lists, and cash reconciliation.
  • Monitoring routes, returns, and loading/unloading operations for suppliers.
  • Supervising the maintenance and proper functioning of forklifts and mobile terminals.
  • Ongoing communication and coordination with delivery, warehouse, and administration teams.
  • Providing support to the different branches, adapting to their needs and ensuring operational continuity.

What will your mission be?

Reporting to the Logistics Administration Manager, you will have a global view of our operations and will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the centers that need coverage. Your day-to-day will be different: each branch, each team, and each operation will present new challenges.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Education: Vocational training or a degree related to Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Management, Administration, or similar.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in distribution and logistics environments, such as regulated warehouses, logistics operators, or distribution centers.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills. SAP knowledge is highly valued. Knowledge of logistics operations and warehouse management.
